Entrepreneur Success Stories

Today I want to tell you a bit about a home school entrepreneur, Drew Perry. Drew Perry is a homeschooled-country-boy-turned-real-estate-investor.

He attended Christian school until the second grade. When he was 14, he spent a month in Idaho with Chris Verhaegh learning to think differently. During his high school years, he learned many valuable lessons from managing the family farm.

He also invested many years and thousands of dollars in attending a variety of professional conferences to learn about many different areas of life.

He started buying and selling houses when he was 18 and now at 22, his properties generate over $7,000 a month.

He is thrilled to be able share his experiences and knowledge with others who are interested in learning about real estate, especially some of his crazy stories like how he took a four-wheeler as a down payment for a house, and how he sells houses in 7 days or less.

Drew lives at home with his family at the Backside of Nowhere in Southern Tennessee.
